The world-famous biochemist Leonid Von Stein is outraged by the behavior of mankind and threatens to spray his newest development in the air - a vaccine, after which people will lose the ability to give birth to children. The hero tries to convince people, but the media spins this story to the point of absurdity. The hero's friend, the famous director Steven, hides him in his theater, but agents of the special services find him there too.
