A waitress who works in a cafe in a small town and could not imagine what an accidental injury would cost her. During dinner with her beloved, the heroine unexpectedly gets a nail in the head. This case in no way falls under any of the insurance articles, and the injury itself radically changes the girl's life. A foreign object in the head affects the behavior of the waitress, which deprives her of the ability to conduct everyday affairs and come to work. Read more The script for "Love Nail" was written based on the book "Sammy's Hill" by Christine Gore. The production of the comedy began long before the premiere, namely in April 2008. However, due to frequent financial complications, filming was sometimes stopped and then resumed, but did not come to a logical end immediately. Interruptions in work on the comedy happened as many as four times. Even at that level, the picture was called "Chained". Constant slip-ups in the work on the film finally got fed up with David O. Russell (My Boyfriend is a Psycho, American Scam) and he broke the contract with the producers before finishing the film. It was 2010 at that time. The director called Ron Tutor, who was engaged in investing and finding capital for the project, as his main enemy. One of the inferior versions was shown several years before the premiere. This happened in March 2011, when the film was shown in Los Angeles. In the end, "The Nail of Love" was pretty much finished by other people, more precisely by Stephen Green. This is a pseudonym that is put in the director's line when the film has a similar fate and it cannot be definitely stated that it was directed by a specific director. During the casting, one of the candidates for a secondary role was James Caan. When he read the script and learned that his character would die, he refused the role.
