In 2011, the Icelandic singer Björk released her eighth studio album "Biophilia". The "Biophilia" project was not limited to music, but also gave birth to performances, interactive applications, educational programs, and now a film-concert. Björk created this film together with directors Peter Strickland and Nick Fenton for the final performance of the world tour "Biophilia" in London's Alexandra Palace. In addition to Björk herself, the show features an angelic Icelandic choir, Austrian percussionist Manu Delago and many unusual instruments. In the film, the concert is complemented by collages depicting tectonic plates, DNA, the Moon, mushrooms and many other objects of scientific interest.
