The risk for Nick Wilde is a fully conscious step, because in his work as a bodyguard, you can expect anything. Interrupting here and there, he suffers from gambling addiction, which often empties his pocket. When his girlfriend was badly beaten by some scumbags, Nick realizes that he can't turn a blind eye to it. With unstoppable pressure, he is looking for the culprits on the streets of Las Vegas. This leads him into the criminal world of the mafia and banditry, in which only the strong can survive, and you only need to move forward. The stakes are rising and the outcome of the game depends only on the hardness of Nick's knuckles and his professional stamina. Read more After William Goldman wrote his novel "Heat", he underwent a second screen production. The first version was released in 1986, starring Burt Reynolds. The author of the book became the screenwriter of the original film and this creation by Simon West ("Air Prison", "The Expendables 2"). For the director, the action film "Crazy Map" is the third work with Jason Statham. Before that, they met on the set of the same "Irresistible 2" and "Mechanics". Although West was not immediately appointed to the director's chair, Brian De Palma was initially the first candidate. In order to reflect some of the physiological characteristics of the character, Jason Statham had to torture himself a little. Nick Wilde is skinny in the story, so the Brit ate brown rice and spinach almost all the time. The actor himself offered West to take part in the filming of "Crazy Map". The first time they worked on "Mechanic", then during the filming of the sequel "The Unstoppable". The director was apparently not against it, but other projects and some other moments delayed the project for five years. Statham also brought in Steve Chesman, who produced Crazy Map, to work on the project, as they had previously worked together 11 times.
