And the trick itself is that this trick will test the greed of an independent nation. Fat Obelix and witty Asterix will have to use all their strength and skills so that their native village is not mired in chaos. Read more "Asterix: Land of the Gods" is far from the first animated film about the Gauls universe. However, this tape has something to brag about, as it became the first cartoon about Asterix and his friends, which was released in 3D. The previous film adaptation called "Asterix and Obelix in Britain" was filmed in this format. And here is the cartoon for the first time. Of course, before that there were ideas to try to show the favorites of French and not only fans of comics as 3D heroes. Only the artist of the original work was worried about whether this technology could reliably convey some features of facial expressions and movements. Director Louis Clichy was able to convince Uderzo of the reliability of computer technology. It was he who was able to show with test videos and models of graphic geniuses that it is time for the Gallic heroes to change something and even has ideas of how it will look. Oleksandr Astier, the second director and screenwriter of the project, in addition to his direct duties, gave his voice to some of the acting characters. The script is based directly on the seventeenth volume of the comic series by Rene Gosinna and Albert Uderzo. It was as a full-length animated adaptation that "Asterix: Land of the Gods" became the tenth film adaptation.
