Read more For Ben Stassen, the cartoon became the fourth work in terms of work on full-length feature films. It is noteworthy that in 2008 this director released the film "Waving to the Moon", which became revolutionary in one of the aspects of CGI technology adapted for films in 3D format. Jeremy Degruson, the second director of the cartoon, previously worked as an artist and animator on several of Stassen's films, and "Cat Grim and the Haunted House" was his feature directorial debut. The initial version of this cartoon looked like a 12-minute video, which was presented as an attraction in the Belgian Horror Park. It was a 4D cinema, inside which there was full interaction with the viewer, including water dust, smells, etc. "Kit Grim and the Haunted House", however, adopted only multiple moments of 3D graphics, which are really many in the cartoon. Actor Pierre Richard served as a prototype for Lorenzo, as Jeremy Degruson himself admits. According to him, if they made a film, they would immediately offer the role of a magician to this already legendary French comedian. The composer was Ramin Javadi, who is once again working on scores for Ben Stassi's works.
