After leaving the charming city of Rio and going on a risky journey to the wilds of the Amazon River for the sake of family reunification, the heroes of the cartoon "Rio 2" Blue, Perlinka and their three children get into real trouble. Outside the native element, on an unknown land, Golubchikov has to face the most terrible opponent - his own father-in-law, escaping from Nigel's insidious revenge plans. We'll be reuniting with our favorite characters from Rio, joined by Oscar nominee Andy Garcia, Grammy winner Bruno Mars, Tony Award winner Kristin Chenoweth, and Oscar, Emmy, and Tony Award winner Rita Moreno. New Brazilian artists and original music performed by Janelle Monae and "Wondaland" also participated in the creation of "Rio 2".
