Dan is a widower, father of three daughters, a witty journalist, host of a popular advice column in a prestigious newspaper. But when Dan falls in love (and not with anyone, but with his own brother's fiancée), he discovers to his surprise that the advice he's been giving his readers and daughters for years doesn't work for him. It turns out that real life is not as simple as it seems to representatives of media glamor.
