Five years after the events of the third film, Daniel and Emilien are together again and we once again have the opportunity to follow their adventures, this time on the Cote d'Azur. The police station is in alarm. A dangerous criminal is sent to Marseille from Belgium, who must be sent to hot Africa for a fair trial the next day. Despite being transported and kept under guard in a scuba diver's outfit suspiciously reminiscent of Dr. Lecter's straitjacket from Silence of the Lambs, he manages to trick the cops, get out of the station, and even pull off a bank robbery in Monte Carlo. However, as a special agent in the Belgian's gang, a counter-intelligence specialist is directly involved, and Emilien's wife is a partner, so the special services keep everything under control. But, nevertheless, the total depravity and stupidity of the gendarmes gives the gangsters the opportunity to try to escape and entertain the audience with pictures from the thug life of the Marseille-Belgian bottom. Detaining the cheerful killers will not be so easy. True, justice will still prevail.
