The paradoxical story of an Afghan teenage girl in the time of the Taliban. The film got its name "Osama" due to the fact that at the time it was filmed, the name of Osama bin Laden became synonymous with Afghanistan throughout the world. The film is about the time of the Taliban rule in Afghanistan - a time when a woman could not even go outside without a man. A poor widow's family, having no means of subsistence, is forced to disguise their daughter Golbahari as a boy so that she can come to work at the hospital. Adventures begin from this moment.
