Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl
XVIII century. Caribbean Sea. There are rumors among the inhabitants of Jamaica about some terrible curse that befell the crew of the pirate ship "Black Pearl". The eccentric pirate Jack Sparrow arrives in the city of Port Royal to steal a ship, recruit a crew and start a pirate rampage. However, after he rescues the daughter of the governor of Port Royal, Elizabeth Swan (who had fallen from a mountain into the sea), he is caught and arrested by the guards. Even before going to prison, Jack, escaping from the military, meets Will Turner, a blacksmith of noble birth, who is in love with Elizabeth. One night, the city is attacked by the same legendary ship "Black Pearl". Pirates start looting the city and kidnap Elizabeth - because she has a mysterious gold medallion that can free them from the curse. The Governor and his men are unable to do anything to find and save Elizabeth. Then, against the law, Will frees Jack to go with him to find "The Pearl" and save Elizabeth. He does not yet know that this will not only drag him into a whirlpool of exciting adventures, but will also help him uncover the secret of his past.
